Kawira is a commerical dancer with four years of experience teaching and performing heels, afrobeat, jazz funk, and kpop based in the Boston area. She began her journey through her university’s dance team in 2021 and has since gone onto be apart of four performance teams as well as found her own team in 2024. Encompassing performances at showcases across Massachusetts, museums, festivals, and universities she strives to bring her unique color and energy to any stage. 

 

As an instructor Kawira prioritizes a fun, safe environment for students to learn and grow. With an emphasis on texture and musicality, her teaching style aims to help dancers find their strengths and connect with themselves and the music on a deeper level.
